Article: A model-based approach for COVID-19 propagation. The article seeks to predict the transmission and recovering rates of COVID-19 using SIR model and Ridge Regression. The Basic Reproduction number which indicates whether an infectious disease is a pandemic or not was estimated using SIR model and the combination of SIR model and Ridge Regression was used to make the predictions.
